Working Together

I work with adults navigating life transitions, grief, caregiving, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping people better understand their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns so they can move through change with greater steadiness, clarity, and self-awareness.

My background includes executive coaching and consulting, mental health counseling, grief support, and group facilitation. I draw from psychodynamic and existential perspectives while focusing on each person’s lived experience, resilience, and capacity for growth.

I am also the author of Our Last Walk Home: Love, Cancer, and the Agony of Letting Go and facilitate community conversations around grief, caregiving, and end-of-life experiences.

Therapy and Life Transition Support

I support individuals navigating grief and loss, caregiving, identity shifts, relationship changes, career transitions, retirement, relocation, and other major life changes.

Together, we create space to process emotions, understand patterns, and develop steadier footing during periods of uncertainty and transition.

Services are available in-person and via telehealth.

Death Café Facilitation

A Death Café is a facilitated group conversation—often among strangers—designed to create a welcoming space to talk openly about death, dying, and the thoughts and feelings these topics evoke. Death Cafés are not therapy and do not follow an agenda, belief system, or prescribed outcome. Instead, they offer a structured yet open dialogue rooted in curiosity, reflection, and shared human experience.

I facilitate Death Cafés in a variety of settings, including libraries & community spaces, high schools and colleges, corporate retreats and workplace settings.

End-of-Life Doula

I provide compassionate, non-medical support to individuals and families preparing for the end of life. This may include emotional support, navigation through medical services and home care checklists, caregiver support, bedside presence, and guidance through anticipatory grief and planning.

My role is to walk alongside — offering steadiness, calm, and compassionate presence during one of life’s most profound transitions.

Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting

Drawing from my background in executive leadership and consulting, I offer coaching and consultation for professionals, teams, and organizations navigating transition, grief, burnout, and organizational change.

Workshops and group trainings are available upon request.
